Our specialisms

Woven womenswear is our core. We also produce menswear, kidswear, knitwear and accessories across a wide range of fabrications.

Womenswear

Dresses, kaftans, shirt dresses, blouses, tunics and separates. Lightweight to mid-weight wovens with smocking, pintucks and embroidery detailing.

Menswear

Shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, bottoms and outerwear. Clean construction across woven and knit fabrications for modern and casualwear labels.

Outerwear & Coats

Overshirts, longline coats and utility jackets for men and women. Poplin, cotton-linen and wool-blend constructions with structured shoulders.

Knitwear & Sweatshirts

Jersey tops, sweatshirts, fleece and French terry. We work across interlock, waffle knit and structured jersey fabrics using flatlock and standard construction.

Kidswear

Tops, dresses, sets and outerwear for children. We have produced full kidswear collections for international brands — available for the right briefs on request.

Embroidery & Detail

Hand embroidery, thread work and block printing — all in-house. Suitable for both womenswear and menswear programmes.

Stoles, scarves, tote bags, belts and cushion covers. Natural fibres, hand-rolled hems, printed and embroidered options available.

We work from your tech packs or develop patterns from reference samples and sketches. Trial orders welcomed for new relationships.

Cushion covers, throws and textile home accessories in natural fabrics. Suitable for brands looking to extend into lifestyle categories.

Share your tech pack, reference or sketch. We come back with a detailed cost breakdown and initial assessment.

Sample Development

We develop a first sample for your approval — including fabric sourcing, pattern making and fit adjustments.

Approval & Order

Once the sample is signed off, we confirm the production order, timeline and payment schedule.

Production & QC

Cutting, sewing, embroidery and finishing managed in-house. Photo updates at key production milestones.

Dispatch & Handover

We handle all export documentation and shipping coordination — air, sea or door-to-door, as you prefer.

Our factory

Built for precision

Two dedicated production units in Noida, totalling approximately 900 m² of manufacturing space. Both units are fully equipped for woven and knit construction, with in-house embroidery, cutting, finishing and quality control.

Every order goes through a structured QC process before dispatch — inline checks during production and a final inspection against the approved sample. Defect reports and inspection photos shared on request.

Vacker Exports LLP was established in 2015 in Noida, with over a decade of manufacturing expertise behind every order. Our two production units give us the flexibility to handle focused trial runs and full seasonal collections without compromising on finish or lead time.

We work directly with designers, buyers and sourcing leads at fashion brands who care about quality, clear communication and a manufacturing partner that takes their brief seriously.

From initial pattern development to final dispatch, every stage is managed in-house — so you have one point of contact and full visibility throughout.
